At 66°North, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical outerwear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure timely processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
